6. Website Rental, Start of Collaboration, and Ownership

All websites created by LEO Media d.o.o. are exclusively subject to a rental agreement, unless a direct purchase is specifically agreed upon and confirmed in writing with the client. The collaboration between the parties and the rental agreement become effective on the date of payment of the first issued invoice.

By renting a website, the client acquires the right to use the website for the duration of the rental period (subject to regular payment of obligations), while the material copyright and ownership (including code and design, excluding the client's specific content) remain the exclusive property of LEO Media d.o.o.

As part of the rental agreement, LEO Media d.o.o. provides hosting, maintenance, and agreed-upon support. LEO Media d.o.o. reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the collaboration with an appropriate notice period, or immediately without a notice period in the event of a breach of these terms (e.g., non-payment).

Upon termination or expiration of the contractual or rental relationship, access to and operation of the website will be discontinued. In such an event, the client has the option to permanently purchase the website (transfer of ownership and code) at a mutually agreed price, which will be determined upon or prior to termination.
